The Begining
Founded on a deep understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) and information technology, Digital-Afrika ICT Professionals evolved from its CEO’s three years of retail consumer electronics expertise and transition into Virtual Desktop Support in September 2020. Driven by the innovations of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the company began as a dedicated, two-year freelance operation providing on-site and remote technical support, training, and infrastructure maintenance to university students, small businesses, and government entities. Prompted by rapid client growth and a highly competitive edge in the South African ICT market, the business officially formalized its commitment to closing digital gaps by incorporating as DGT AFRIKA SERVICES PTY (LTD), delivering professional, enterprise-grade IT solutions.
